Every participant at The Auction Yard is required to follow structured terms. These rules define what buyers and sellers can expect—reducing miscommunication and ensuring smoother transactions across our Arizona-wide platform.
All participants must register before placing a bid. Eligibility checks help ensure that only qualified bidders participate — creating a safer, fraud-resistant auction experience for everyone involved.
Placing your first bid? A $300 credit card authorization is processed—not charged—when you submit. This hold typically releases within 3–4 business days if no item is won.
If you win, the $300 is captured (non-refundable) and applied toward your invoice, along with the 5% card fee.

All vehicles are sold “as-is” with all faults and no warranty of any kind. Inspection reports are non-certified and offered only as a courtesy. Buyers must test drive and inspect vehicles thoroughly before bidding.
The Auction Yard limits liability for technical errors, site interruptions, or damages related to auctioned items. Bidders are responsible for reviewing vehicles thoroughly before purchase. All sales are final.
