Shipping Policy

• The Auction Yard sells various auction items including vehicles, equipment, estate items, and collector pieces
• Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping and pickup
• No direct shipping services provided
• All shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility
• Items must be picked up within 3 days of auction closing

Pickup Policy

• Pickup locations provided after auction completion
• Advanced pickup scheduling required
• Government ID and proof of purchase mandatory
• Late pickups may incur storage fees

Return and Refund Policy

• “All sales are final”
• “As-is, where-is” policy applies
• No refunds for buyer’s remorse
• 24-hour window to report significant discrepancies

Refund Exceptions

• Item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
• Written request within 24 hours required
• Processed through original payment method

Dispute Resolution

• Written disputes to Info@Auctionyard.com
• Case-by-case review
• Final decisions at Auction Yard’s discretion
• Arizona law governs legal disputes
