Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping and pickup of their purchased items.
1.2 Shipping and Delivery Responsibility
- The Auction Yard does not provide direct shipping services but may recommend third-party shipping companies.
- Buyers must coordinate with their chosen shipping provider to ensure proper transportation and delivery.
- All shipping costs, including loading, transportation, permits, and taxes, are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Items must be picked up within 3 days from the auction closing date unless otherwise stated in the auction listing.
1.3 Pickup Policy
- Pickup locations will be provided upon completion of the auction.
- Buyers must schedule pickups in advance during designated pickup times.
- A government-issued ID and proof of purchase (paid invoice) are required at pickup.
- If a buyer fails to pick up their item within the allotted time, storage fees may apply, and after a specified period, the item may be resold or forfeited without a refund.

2. Return and Refund Policy

- All sales are final. The Auction Yard operates under an "as-is, where-is" policy, meaning all items are sold in their current condition without warranties or guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise in the auction listing.
- Buyers are encouraged to inspect items in person or request additional information before bidding.
- Refunds or returns will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchases, or failure to arrange pickup/shipping.
2.2 Condition and Inspection Policy
- Descriptions and photos of items are provided for reference, but they do not constitute guarantees.
- Buyers should preview in person and review all available information, including inspection reports (if applicable).
- In cases of significant discrepancies between the auction listing and the actual item, buyers must report the issue within 24 hours of pickup.
2.3 Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- An auctioned item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as theft or damage to the item in the yard that was not there during the auction preview.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours through the original payment method.
3. Dispute Resolution

- The Auction Yard reserves the right to make final decisions regarding dispute resolutions.
- Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and resolved in courts located in Phoenix, AZ.
